I make bespoke stained glass windows for the home, or other buildings, using the Lead Came method. Working closely with clients, I can make traditional or abstract designs.
I am a Fine Art practitioner and Stained Glass Artist. I have a Fine Arts degree and an MA in Printmaking. I studied Stained Glass making at Central School of the Art and Design in London in the late 1980’s and moved to Hebden Bridge in 1990. I currently run stained glass courses at Craven College and will be running short courses at Linden Mill Arts School. Details are on my website.
Using my skill as an artist and colourist, I work to create bespoke designs in stained glass. I use the traditional lead came method and design and make windows that will fit within a property, utilising any unique architectural features and colour schemes. I work closely with my clients and can work with an initial design idea and develop into a working drawing for making the stained glass window. There are many styles and colours of glass to choose from. I have samples and can guide you through the various types and qualities.
Costs for stained glass windows are dependent on the complexity of the design and types of glass selected, each window is therefore bespoke and priced individually. I am happy to provide quotes for windows with no obligation.
