Costs:
Current HBOS members:
£5 per individual artist to open your own studio.

New members:
£20 to join HBOS for this event and open your studio.

What you get:
– your own page on our website where you can add contact details, web and shop links plus your own text and as many images as you like.

– promotion of the Christmas event by our dedicated publicity team via social media, flyers, banners, posters and via traditional news media

Location:
This is a winter event and outlying individual studios may struggle. We recommend joining a central location with other artists or applying for the art and craft fairs.

Groups:
Please contact us to discuss group rates for a single entry on the website, map and flyer.

Application deadline October 2 if you want to open your own studio or be included as a group

Exhibit at one of our Christmas Art & Craft Fairs

We expect these Art & Craft Fairs to be oversubscribed; you can apply for both and state a preference.

One day Art & Craft Fair in Hebden Bridge Town Hall

Saturday December 3, 10.30 am – 5 pm

Costs:
Current HBOS members:
£25

New members:
£40 to join HBOS for this event and exhibit at the Town Hall.

Space:
One table per exhibitor 150 x 75 cm (5’ x 2’6”) with room for two chairs behind. Additional space for print browsers etc. is limited.

Some tables will have wall space behind them to hang framed work using the Town Hall’s hanging system.

Set up:
Friday 2 – 6.30 pm and Saturday 8 – 10 am

Two day Art & Craft Fair in the Methodist Church Hall, Market Street

Saturday December 3, 10.30 am – 5 pm and Sunday December 4, 12 noon – 5 pm

A prominent location on the main road where we will site large banners in the weeks prior to and during the event.

Costs:
Current HBOS members:
£35 or £45 depending on pitch size chosen.

New members:
£50 or £60 depending on pitch size chosen to join HBOS for this event and exhibit in the Church Hall.

Space:
This event will allow more space for exhibitors. You will not be able to hang work on the wall but we have easels available, there is also more space for print browsers.

Either 2.4 m (8’) or 3 – 3.6 m (10’ – 12’) options. Layout varies due to the shape of the hall, some spaces are deeper than others.

We will provide one 182 x 76 cm (6’ x 2’6”) table with the smaller space or two tables with the larger space. A 182 x 76 cm (6’ x 2’6”) table plus either 122 x 60 cm (4’ x 2’) or 76 x 76 cm (2’6” x 2’6”).

Set up Friday 3 – 8.30 pm and Saturday 7 – 10 am
