Offer of space at the Methodist Church Hall

Your application has been successful and we are pleased to offer you space at the Methodist Church Hall for the July 5 – 7 event.

Two tables provided per artist, 182 x 76 cm (6’ x 2’6”) plus 122 x 60 cm (4’ x 2’) plus additional space for print browsers etc.

Set up 3.30 – 8.30pm, Thursday July 4 and 7.30am Friday July 5 to open at 10.30am.

Opening times Friday July 5, 10.30am – 5pm
Saturday July 6, 10.30am – 5pm
Sunday July 7, midday – 5pm

Please ACCEPT OR DECLINE this offer by Thursday February 29. If you do not this space may be offered to someone else.

Cost: Venue hire fee £30 per artist + Open Studios membership.

Membership Fee: £55 (with 10% commission on sales over £500) OR £110 (no commission)

Application deadline to complete membership form and payment is March 4.
