Offer of space at the Methodist Church

Your application has been successful and we are pleased to offer you a LARGE space at the Methodist Church for the July 4 – 6 event.

 

There are now two parts to complete your application.


1. Accept the offer using the form below and make payment for the venue.

2. Then a second form for your details for the brochure and pay your membership fee.

The offer includes:

Two tables provided per artist, 182 x 76 cm (6’ x 2’6”) plus 122 x 60 cm (4’ x 2’) plus additional space for print browsers etc.

Equivalent table space may be on offer in a couple of locations due to the shape of the room. Eg. Two 150 x 75 cm (5’ x 2’6”) tables. We always work it out so everyone is happy with their space.

Set up 3.30 – 8.30pm, Thursday July 3 and 7.30am Friday July 4 to open at 10.30am.

Opening times Friday July 4, 10.30am – 5pm
Saturday July 5, 10.30am – 5pm
Sunday July 6, midday – 5pm

 

Please ACCEPT this offer by Friday February 21.
If you do not this space may be offered to someone else.

Total Cost:

Venue hire fee £30 per artist

PLUS

Membership Fee: £60 (with 10% commission on sales over £500) OR £120 (no commission)
