Shared venues July 7-9 2023
Open Studios requires artists to join on an individual basis. Whatever arrangement you make about sharing a venue you will still need to fill in the application form and pay the membership fee. The venue hire fee is in addition to Open Studios membership.
You need to arrange your inclusion in any shared venue before the March 3 deadline.

Hebden Bridge Town Hall
Large footfall with café and river terrace. Our exhibition will have been running from June 12 so well promoted.
One table provided 140 x 75 cm (4’7” x 2’6”). Additional space for print browsers etc. is limited to a maximum stall space of 180 cm (6’).
Space available on the riverside terrace for outdoor exhibits such as large sculpture. Small gazebo possible.
Venue hire fee £37 per artist in addition to Open Studios membership.

Hebden Bridge Methodist Church Hall
A prominent location on the main road, we will site large banners in the weeks prior to and during the event.
Two tables provided per artist, 182 x 76 cm (6’ x 2’6”) plus 122 x 60 cm (4’ x 2’) plus additional space for print browsers etc.
Space available on the grass for outdoor exhibits such as large sculpture. Very prominent position.
Venue hire fee £30 per artist in addition to Open Studios membership.

The Making Mill, Valley Road, Hebden Bridge
A great location next to Brooklyn and Northlight Studios. Two rooms available that will easily accommodate four artists in each, only drawback is that access is up a flight of stairs. See details here.
One table provided 150 x 75 cm (5’ x 2’6”), plus additional space for print browsers etc. Additional table and display space in some locations.
Venue hire fee £20 per artist in addition to Open Studios membership.
Please note: This is the only venue where you do not need your own public liability insurance as it is covered by the venue itself.
Set up 3.30 – 8.30pm, Thursday July 6 and 7.30am Friday July 7 to open at 11am.
