December Art & Craft Fair Application
Thanks for your interest in joining our December event via one of our three art and craft fairs. Applications are made using the form below.
Full terms and conditions are here: HBOS member terms and conditions July 2025 For the remainder of 2025 existing HBOS members are exempt from the geographical criteria of being within 6 miles of Hebden Bridge centre.
Please state venue preferences, and note that it’s not always possible to give you your first choice.
Deadline to apply Sunday August 31. Allocations are made early September – please check your emails as once places are offered confirmation of acceptance and payment becomes due.
Hebden Bridge Town Hall – 3 day Art & Craft Fair
Friday Dec 5 – Sunday Dec 7, 10.30 am – 5 pm daily.
Set up from 8am Friday morning.
Cost: £90 for Hebden Bridge Open Studios members, £110 for new members
One table per exhibitor 150 x 75 cm (5’ x 2’6”) with room for two chairs.
Additional space for print browsers etc. is limited. Some tables will have wall space behind them to hang framed work using the Town Hall’s hanging system.
If you cannot set up in the time allowed please apply for the Methodist Church.
Methodist Church, Market Street – 3 day Art & Craft Fair
Friday Dec 5 and Saturday Dec 6, 10.30 am – 5 pm and Sunday Dec 7, 12 noon – 5 pm.
Set up Thursday 2 – 8.30 pm and from 7am Friday morning.
Large space – Cost: £70 for Hebden Bridge Open Studios members, £90 for new members
Includes two tables: 182 x 76 cm (6’ x 2’6”) plus 122 x 60 cm (4’ x 2’) with space for a print browser.
Two chairs provided which may be behind or at the side of the tables.
Some of the large spaces have 8 foot high display wall behind them to hang work from.
Small space – Cost: £65 for Hebden Bridge Open Studios members, £85 for new members.
Includes one 182 x 76 cm (6’ x 2’6”) table. A smaller table can be provided if you require space for a browser. None of the small spaces have display wall.
A very prominent location on the main road where we will site large banners in the weeks prior to and during the event. Plenty of time for setting up.
Layout varies due to the shape of the room, some spaces are deeper than others. If you do not require the tables you can book the equivalent space.
The Making Mill, Valley Road – 3 day Art & Craft Fair
Friday Dec 5 – Sunday Dec 7, 10.30 am – 5 pm daily.
Set up from 8am Friday morning.
Cost: £70 for Hebden Bridge Open Studios members, £90 for new members
A great location next to Brooklyn and Northlight Studios. Two rooms available that will easily accommodate four artists in each, only drawback is that access is up a flight of stairs. See details here.
One table provided 150 x 75 cm (5’ x 2’6”), plus additional space for print browsers etc. Additional small tables available on request.
If you cannot set up in the time allowed please apply for the Methodist Church.
Please note: This is the only venue where you do not need your own public liability insurance as it is covered by the venue itself.
