Applications for Hebden Bridge Open Studios July 4 – 6 open now
Are you an artist or maker in or around Hebden Bridge or the Upper Calder Valley creating visual art and craft?
Then you are welcome to join us. The only criterion is that your work is your own.
Several venues are being arranged to open just for July 4 – 6 including Hebden Bridge Town Hall, The Methodist Church and the Making Mill, so you’ll be able to take part even if your own work space or home isn’t suitable to open.
Application deadline to open your own studio is March 2
Application deadline for the Town Hall, Methodist Church and Making Mill is February 16
If you can’t open for July’s event itself you can still join as an associate member at a reduced rate.
There’s a list of reasons to join us:
- Inclusion in our brochure widely distributed locally, to our mailing list and to all the art galleries in the region.
- Your own page on our website all year with your contact details, links, more detailed information, images and videos.
- Support with the technical side of logging in to edit your page. It really is quite straightforward once you know how.
- Member access to behind the scenes artist only areas of the website.
- Informal social events for HBOS artists to network and discuss each other’s work and ideas.
- Opportunity to exhibit in our Town Hall exhibition June 16 – July 6.
- Opportunity to exhibit work in a Window Trail of venues throughout Hebden Bridge June 27 – July 6.
- Your own 24 hour takeover of our social media.
- Be included in our featured artist emails we send out to our mailing list.
