I create a variety of sculptural vessels and textured, layered weavings using contemporary hand weaving, wrapping, hot textiles and traditional basket-making techniques such as looping, twining, cordage and coiling. Wherever possible, I work with natural, found, foraged or repurposed materials.

My work features eco-dyed fabrics and threads, plant materials, uncarded wool, drift wood and rattan. I also create ‘new’ fibres by unravelling or deconstructing materials such as rope, coffee sacks and pre-loved clothing/textiles.
